Alright, I have explanations for each and every one of these doodles, so you might want to get yourself a cold glass of milk for safety measure

First, there's Yugi (I gave him the 'Season 0 wave' in his hair because it's fun to draw WHEE). His cutie mark is a puzzle, because he's good at games and stuff and his logical mind saves his friends' asses a couple of times, just sayin'...

To his right is actually Atem in his past form without the fancy pharaoh clothing, his cutie mark obviously being the Millennium Puzzle. In Yami form, he stays an Earth pony like Yugi and isn't that dark shade of purple, though Yugi and Yami's cutie marks do change when they transform.

Underneath them is my friend's three requests: Rishid, Mai and Jounochi

My friend actually directed me through drawing Rishid, tellign me the colors and shit. I'm the one who chose his cutie mark, which is a gummy bear XD

For Mai, I'm not quite sure what her cutie mark could be and no, it's not going to be 'boobs', my friend already suggested that -.-;. Maybe the harpie feather duster or something....
Also, she was supposed to be a unicorn but I didn't draw the horn...

I really had no idea what I was doing with Jou. All I gathered is that he is a pegasus, and I still have no idea what his cutie mark should be.

On the right side is everyone's favorite foursome (pffft, foursome XD)

Malik's whole "cutie mark" thing is kinda weird. It was tradition for the Ishtar Clan to carry the secret of the Pharaoh, so when Malik is still a young colt, his father uses dark magic to 'make' Malik's cutie mark right onto his back, the Pharaoh's secret. Because of this, Malik was unable to get his own cutie mark naturally. (the reason his cutie mark isn't just the Millennium Rod is because that would be Priest Set's cutie mark. However, Kaiba's mark is different than Set Kaiba's cutie mark is money). Malik uses his fabuhlush purple shirt to cover his cutie mark.
Also, the reason he's a pegasus instead of a unicorn is because Malik does ride a motorcycle, so he does indeed like the adrenaline.

Mariku looks the most like his hikari than the other yamis because technically, he and Malik are the "same". However, that doesn't stop his mane and tail from sticking up like crazy.

Ryou is quite the average earth pony. His cutie mark (it was supposed to be blue, but spoonie is a dumbass so it's yellow here) resembles the fact that his purpose is to be the host of the spirit of the millennium ring.

I don't know if you notice, but the difference between Bakura and Ryou is that Bakura's eyes are red, and he's supposed to be a more vibrant blue than his hikari counterpart. Like Ryou, he has a Millennium Ring cutie mark, except it's larger and bright yellow. This expresses the fact that Bakura is indeed the spirit of the Ring. (FYI, since I believe that Ryou, Bakura and Akefia are all different people, Akefia's cutie mark would probably be gold or something, 'cause he steals things)

Then at the very bottom is Pegasus Crawford. To your surprise, his cutie mark actually has something to do with painting, not the M. Eye or duel monsters cards. This is because the whole "Cyndia dying" thing didn't happen until later in his life, and when he was in his late teens he wanted to be a famous painter, so that's what he was destined to be until...yeah, true love's death.
(Funny screenplay from when I was designing Pegasus:
me: Look, I draw Pegasus
friend: ...he's a unicorn
me: YES!
friend: shouldn't Pegasus be a pegasus?
me: Why would you think that?
*five minutes later*
me: ...OOOOOHHH I GET IT *makes Pegasus a pegasus instead XD)
